Josh Fradley
CTO at Podder and IT Team Lead at Kuupanda. I build and run production SaaS from start to finish: the data model, the APIs, the edge, the UI and the LLM features on top. I also lead the team building them. 6+ years shipping across agritech, SaaS, podcast analytics and hospitality.
## about
At Kuupanda, a platform that helps local food producers sell directly to buyers, I built the producer mini-sites, the customer order form and checkout, and the back-office purchase invoicing and customer messaging.
As CTO of Podder I built the entire podcast analytics platform end to end: cross-promotion tracking on Cloudflare Workers, audience personas, Beam pipelines into BigQuery, a NestJS API and React dashboard, and an MCP server for AI agents.
AI in production: audience personas, review insights, an in-app assistant and an MCP server, built with the Vercel AI SDK on Claude and OpenAI models.
I care about type safety, test-driven development and domain-driven design.
