Purchase invoices
Producers need to keep track of what they owe, not just what they sell. I built the purchase invoices module in the admin app:
- Supplier invoices can be entered manually or received as electronic invoices.
- Accounting codes, with VAT split per rate so the figures match the invoice totals.
- Matching against bank transactions to show what has been paid.
- Due dates, accounting export and a mobile-friendly layout.
On the sales side, I added credit invoices, deposit invoices, batch invoice generation and bulk sending of invoices and delivery notes.
Customer messaging
Producers talk to their customers regularly, for example about weekly availability, pickup reminders and order updates. I built the messaging module:
- Compose and send messages to individual customers or groups.
- Scheduled and recurring messages that go out automatically.
- Clear statuses for messages that are scheduled, sent and cancelled.
